WHAT KIND OF HAIR IS USED TO MAKE THE WIGS?

PICK UP / DROP OFF OPTION

The pick up / drop off option is only applicable to wig services orders. If this shipping option is chosen for anything other than a wig service, your order will be canceled. 

CAN I SHIP MY WIG / HAIR FOR A WIG SERVICE?

WHAT IS ROUNDTRIP SHIPPING?

Roundtrip shipping is the cost of shipping from you to us and then back to you from us. You will receive a shipping label to ship your item to us for your wig service to be completed. Once your order is completed, we will ship your order back to you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE A WIG SERVICE?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your wig service order to be completed.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to successfully process. Please allow 7-14 business days for all wig orders to be completed.

HOW CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM WIG UNIT?

Please fill out our "Custom Wig Inquiry" form to request an invoice for a custom wig unit.

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN HAIR TO HAVE A WIG CREATED?

Yes you can. Please choose one of our "Wig Services" that best fit what you're looking to have done.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive a tracking number via email within 3-5 business days.

WHAT KIND OF HAIR IS USED TO MAKE THE WIGS?

We use our 100% premium virgin or RAW hair to create our Kays Beauty wig units. Hair type, texture and length will be stated in the description of each unit.

PICK UP / DROP OFF OPTION

The pick up / drop off option is only applicable to wig services orders. If this shipping option is chosen for anything other than a wig service, your order will be canceled. 

CAN I SHIP MY WIG / HAIR FOR A WIG SERVICE?

Yes, you can. Please choose our "Roundtrip Shipping" option if you need to ship us any hair or wigs for a wig service.

HOW DOES PICK UP / DROP OFF WORK?

You will receive an email shortly after placing your order with the pick up / drop off location. We are located in Canarsie in Brooklyn, NY. You are required to drop off and pick up your order at this location.
